Ralph Bianculli, Sr - CEO
Ralph Bianculli has been called a pioneer in the green movement. He began his business career immediately out of college when he was hired to oversee the food and beverage operations of Aqueduct, Saratoga, and Belmont Park racetracks. In 1995, his youngest child, John Paul, began suffering from severe seizures. This major life event fueled his interest in natural substances. Though he was working at the time in product development at Georgia-Pacific, he decided to embark on a journey to bring sustainable solutions to the mass market.
Pam Bianculli, Vice President
Pam has spent the past 40 years in the foodservice and disposables industry. She began her career with Aramark in 1980 as a purchasing agent at the New York State Racetracks. In 1982 she joined Paper Enterprises as Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO, and In 1984 she was recruited by BUNZL USA and served as Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of their Airline Division for 10 years. She is actively involved in many aspects of the company and also spends a good amount of time caring for her youngest son, John Paul, who suffers from a rare seizure disorder.
Keith Roenelt, Executive VP of Operations
Keith Roenelt began his journey with Emerald as a senior-level operator in 2016. Keith’s immediate passion for Emerald's mission helped him drive measurable process improvements within daily operations, and he has since been responsible for the growth of Emerald’s direct distribution network and improving all aspects of Emerald's logistics needs. Having spent 14 years in manufacturing with heavy factory floor experience both domestically and internationally, Keith has been a key component in the continued growth of Emerald's U.S. supply chain, eventually propelling him into a seat on the Executive Board as Emerald's Executive Vice President of Operations in late 2019.
